2. Booking & Reservations

All room bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment.
Guests are required to provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
Viamo Lodge Apartments reserves the right to cancel any reservation made using fraudulent or inaccurate information.

3. Payment Policy

All payments must be made through our approved payment channels.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
Once a payment has been completed, it is considered final.
By completing a payment, you agree not to file any unauthorized disputes or chargebacks against Viamo Lodge Apartments.
Fraudulent transactions, including the use of unauthorized payment methods, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and possible legal action.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Viamo Lodge Apartments reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during their stay. The following are strictly prohibited on our premises:

Any form of harassment, violence, or intimidation toward staff or other guests.
Illegal activities of any kind.
Damage to property belonging to Viamo Lodge Apartments.
Excessive noise or behavior that disturbs other guests.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

6. Liability

Viamo Lodge Apartments shall not be held liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party failures.

Guests are advised to secure their valuables and obtain personal travel insurance where applicable.
