Cancellation And Refund Policies
At Viamo Lodge Apartments, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our guests, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% full refund.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of check-in will be charged the full booking amount.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Reservations made under special promotional rates or discounted packages are strictly non-refundable.
- These bookings may, however, be eligible for a date transfer, subject to availability.
3. Early Departure
- Guests who check out earlier than the reserved date will be charged for the remaining nights unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds for payments made via bank transfer may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or emergencies beyond our control, Viamo Lodge Apartments will offer guests a full credit toward a future stay.
7. Amendments to Bookings
- Booking date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.
- A modification fee may apply depending on the nature of the change.
